Mrs Hernandez, Sylvia came out to our home and measured the home, game us a written estimate, discussed the work to be done, scheduled a time for the work to be done, talked about what they expected of us, we bought all of the flooring and materials to be used. what was needed to complete the job. installers were competent and completed the job on time. I was impressed by the speed and knowledge of the team. Also they didn't ask for p[payment up front. Job was paid upon completion. as agreed. Ed and Wand Bartlett ( Retired realtors)

I am very grateful for engineered wood floor installation. My concrete floor has been horribly unleveled. So, thought professionals perfectly leveled concrete base an installed floor. Job been done very fast, with a very hight quality and reasonably priced .

Job was to remove tile and install wood flooring. Tile removal was very hard work and they did a great job. The wood floor installation went fast and looks great. They had to float floor and the wood floor has no issues with sounds or soft spots. They had to match existing wood floor and they did that perfectly. They bid 2 days but completed in 1day. Sylvia is very nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend Hernandez Flooring

Hernandez Flooring did a great job installing my hardwood floors, they look beautiful. Sylvia was great at customer service always answering/returning calls and very friendly which put me at ease with the project. They did exactly what they said for a fair price. I would definitely recommend them.

I hired Hernandez Flooring because of all the positive reviews and the price was GREAT. I guess you get what you paid for! There are two spots in the corners where the floor was laid too far from the wall so now there is a gap between the baseboard and the flooring. Also, they left 4 dents in my wall - I assume from using a pry bar to tighten the boards on the last rows. This would not have been a big deal, except they did not tell us!

Very personable husband and wife team. We had their team of experts install engineered wood flooring in three rooms, two hallways, and two closets (all in one day). The job was expertly done. They are very knowledgeable about wood flooring installation. They were professional and respectful of our home furnishings and cleaned up very well after completing the job. They said it would be a two day job and finished in one day. They covered my hardwood entry and stairs prior to working. They moved my furniture, removed the carpet, laid the hardwood flooring and put up molding. They cleaned on their way out. They were professional, friendly and clean. Great communication with the company as well. I would hire this company again.

Enjoyed working with this husband and wife team. The job was to remove slate tile in a hallway, level the floors and install glue-down engineered hardwood. The slate tile removal process went a lot faster than I expected, and the owner and his helper worked as a well-coordinated team to get the new floor down in a lot less time than I expected. I was well pleased with the bid, and even more so with the final product. I would definitely use them again. Some things to know: Their original bid only covered labor. I already had the flooring, so I'm glad I asked about glue and floor leveling compound. Make sure you discuss who gets what. Also, be aware that you will need to handle the disposal of waste materials. The wood flooring remnants went with regular trash, but the slate tile debris required alternatives due to the weight.

We were Very Pleased with the service and installation of our wood floor project. We are recovering from hurricane Harvey like many others and of all the contractors we have worked with so far, Hernandez Flooring has by far been the best.
