From the time Jay Hernandez came in to give an estimate I knew we were dealing with a professional. He actually lifted the old carpet to see what was underneath and recommended we go with a floating floor, He sent his crew out on schedule and Oscar did an amazing job installing wood floors in the living room and hallways. He came back a second day and put tile in both bathrooms. Excellent workmanship and pleasant to work with. From the moment we met Jay, until the work was competed we very satisfied with every step in the progress. They did a professional job. We plan on hiring them again to do the kitchen.

I was so pleased with the work that was done. When traffic was crazy, they called to say they would be late. They worked until they were finished, with quite a bit of square footage and a long hallway of baseboard installation. I needed to remove a layer of wood and fill in some holes, and they did it. The floors look beautiful. Also, they did not take my check until after everything was completed. They had to come back another day to add the reducers. When they saw that they weren't exactly the right ones, they came back another day to put those in. I would highly recommend this company!

Very responsive when called for quote and a great price. Installed living/dining room and den flooring. Crew arrived as scheduled and completed the job in less than a day. They cleaned up when finished and did a number of little extra chores. Very satisfied with this company.

Jay was the most knowledgable of all those I interviewed but without the annoying "sales pitch." Jay was the only floor installer who stated that he would deliver the floors a few days early so they could acclimate to the house. I knew this was important, yet every other installer told me it wasn't necessary. Jay volunteered this without being asked. This told me that Jay was willing to go the extra mile to make sure of quality work. His team was excellent, showing up on time, moving my furniture and putting it back exactly as I asked, and they stayed until every one of them had walked the floor many times, inspecting everything. They finished my 820sqft downstairs space in one day, a great convenience! I've received so many compliments from family and friends, amazed at the perfection and beauty of my floors. I called Jay to get a quote on laminate flooring and he came out the very same day. He arrived very professional and friendly. As we talked about flooring I can tell he was very confident and knowledgeable about his craft. No pressure, just honest advise with a great quote. He was very patient with me while I took my time looking for the right flooring and answered all my concerns. I knew right there he was the person for the job. His crew worked like a well oiled machine and the end results were beautiful laminate floors. His pricing coupled with the quality of work cannot be beat. The installers noted that the laminate delivered had defects and advice me to return the 1,100 sq ft of laminate flooring to the dealer which I followed. The seller also noted that there were defects to that batch of flooring and refunded my money which I used to buy a better quality bamboo flooring instead.

Jay's team did a great job on adding laminate flooring to my upper level hallway and stair landing. They showed on time and did a great job. The price was right, they cleaned up after themselves and I feel good about my decision to select them for this project. I will use them again for flooring work.

Just had laminate floors and baseboards installed by these guys. And I have to say that not only did they do a fantastic job, they were quick, courteous and unbelievably talented. I had them remove tile and honestly I had no idea how they would do demo and install in one day. Well they did. And at a very competitive price. Great group of guys! Will recommend to everyone I know.

Crew that installed was great, installation included demo and haul away, no hidden surprises, work was done on time and looks great. I will use them again and refer to everyone.

The team was very professional, nice, and efficient. There was just about 1200 sqft that the team needed to remove carpet and install the laminate flooring for. They were able to get it done quite fast and yet made sure everything went well. I literally just had my floor installed this past Friday and Saturday March 28-29th and I've already referred them to a few people.

These guys removed carpet and tile and installed the engineered wood. They were very professional, made sure our furniture, pictures and vents were protected. They finished the job in 2 days,.which also included replacing the baseboards. They cleaned up our home and we cannot say more about the professionalism of this company. We already referred them to a friend.
