Never showed up on time. Attitude when asked about failure to mow. Charged for mulch and then didn?t provide it for weeks and then didn?t deliver the coverage they promised. Would not recommend and will never use again.

I called them 5 times to finish the job and all I got was yeah Iâ ll be there tomorrow. Tomorrow came and nothing? Called again and same answer and body showed up.

They came the day after I called and did a great job!

Overall good service and great mowing. Cooperative staff. Only need improvement was needing to be on time with proposed time to arrive.

Once we called them, they were eager to get started. So eager in fact, that we felt a little rushed and easily confused by the details flying back and forth. The communication was good, and Juan was very responsive and knowledgeable. He also offered help any time we have questions post project. Hernandez Landscape Co. removed old patio bricks, installed sod, built a flower bed the entire length of the yard, planted flowers.... and they completed everything is under 2 days! They did a great job, and I would recommend them highly. - Very satisfied customer.

Hired Juan to trim bushes that had been neglected for too long. His crew came well prepared and with his powerful long trimmer the work was done fast, Everything was shaped to my satisfaction. Clean up was as fast as the trimming and nearly perfect. (The only flaw I found was a couple of small cut branches missed behind a bush in one corner). I much appreciated that small plants around the bushes were not damaged. I expect to hire him again next year.

They commit to doing all of the work and when they perform poor quality, unacceptable work they proceed to blame the customer for doing the poor job. He was not forthright with the receipts for the materials when we agreed all material receipts would be turned over promptly. It took multiple requests to receive any material receipts and some of the provided receipts were suspect if they were even from our project. He used lower tier materials on a good potion of the project without any discussion or approval. They power washed without moving the furniture which we had agreed they would do which resulted dirt and weeds to sprayed all over our patio furniture. He killed about 10 of my plants by spraying Roundup herbicide on them when we specifically agreed the surrounding weeds would be PULLED and not sprayed. He does not take accountability for poor quality work performed by his crew and he is supposedly certified on Homeadvisor which is hard to understand. There are many areas of work that are unacceptable and he agrees they are unacceptable and agrees they need to be redone, but wants us to pay for additional materials, which we are not paying for. Its probably $3-$400 for additional material to redo poor quality areas and we already paid him $4000. His work crew did not follow instructions listed on the back of the engineered sand and sealant and wonder why the product did not work properly in many areas.

Juan was super responsive, proactive, flexible and fast. Our yard is near unrecognizable. Great conversation as well. Difficult groundcover was removed, small trees removed, stumps ground, ground turned over, and new sod laid. We were so pleased with Juan and his team, we're going to ask him to do planting once we figure out what we want to do with our new "blank canvas" and bring him on for weekly maintenance as well.

Many promises...few deliveries. What he said would be a 2 day project became a 6 day project. He would tell me tomorrow, we'll have a few crew and then no one would show up. Many days they didn't start until 4PM. VERY unprofessional. It was as if this was something they did in their spare time (and they were VERY busy...a constant excuse for not showing up). Clean up was terrible. Although they moved most of the leftover crushed rock which was piled on my driveway to a place where it was needed, the remainder was simply swept into my grass. They left a number of landscape timbers and scraps at the side of the road saying they would come and pick it up on Monday...(this was Saturday). It never happened. Answers to e-mails were tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. I had to get rid of the stuff myself. They also left their wheelbarrow behind because their truck was broken down & they couldn't fit it in their van. He asked if he could leave it and pick it up on Monday when he got the scraps at the side of the road. I ended up with that wheelbarrow in my yard for a MONTH and finally had to enlist home advisors help to get him to pick it up. Had a hell of a time getting a receipt from him. Again it was always tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. Finally, when they picked up the wheelbarrow, the guy gave me a handful of receipts for the raw materials & disposal of waste. I wanted a receipt for my payment, but after all this, I don't feel it's worth the effort. At least I have my cancelled checks. I'm done.

I had them enclosed my patio in the backyard. They built railing all around my patio, with an oversize door so its easy to get things in and out of my house. The added extra support beams and put in new post since the ones I had were not put in properly and made a brand new flow box. Very happy how it came out

If you are looking for a company that takes on way too much work in a huge geography, doesn't show up when they say on several occasions, tells you they are coming and and then no one calls and finally makes excuses rather than fulfilling the service they promise...than this is your kind of company! Let's see if you actually print negative reviews.

Used Juan and his team for Spring cleaning, updating flower beds (mulch placement) and lawn services. They did a pretty good job!

These guys are excellent workers! We recently moved to a new home and the yard was neglected for years. It had years of leaves and brush and tree branches etc. We found Hernandez Landscaping on here and saw they had excellent reviews. We also talked to people we know about them and they said they do beautiful work and are very kind and nice people. So we called them and Juan (the owner) came to our home in the rain on a Sunday to give us an estimate. I thought that was really nice. Today they came and did our yard and we are 100% satisfied with them. They not only cleaned up the entire yard front and back but they also trimmed the bushes and gave us some helpful hints on how to bring our yard back to life. All 3 of them were very nice and very professional. We HIGHLY recommend Hernandez Landscaping! If you hire them you will not be disappointed.

The owner called us the same day we asked for a quote. They were not able to finish the job in one day due to darkness but the owner called us and explained when they would finish. Very friendly and priced right.

Juan followed up on my search for lawn care providers. I hired him for trimming the maple trees and some bushes immediately. Will be using them for lawn services this summer. Team was very polite and professional.

Great price, the owner came to my house that first day and gave me a quote. Work started later that day. Could have been more prompt the following days but close enough. I plan on using them for other projects around the house and already have my quote for the next one, a short retaining wall. I have already referred them to my neighbors and will continue to refer them to everyone I can.

The owner came to our house the same day we called him, gave us a good quote for the work to be done, and then showed up with his team promptly at 9:00 AM the next morning. They trimmed a massive maple tree and raked/mulched all our leaves left from the fall clean-up we were unable to do. We have hired them for permanent lawn care service and tree removal in the Spring.
