Hernandez Ceramic Tile LLC

We hired Hernandez Ceramic Tile LLC from your website to tile our shower floor. After day 1 of the installation, Jose said he would need to return to finish the job. When he came back the second day, we believed he finished the job and we paid him. Up until that point, he was extremely quick to text me back. However. we waited 3 days to shower (he said to wait 2 days) and as I am taking the first shower the grout starts to crack in multiple places and the cement rocks were falling down into the grout and mortar. So I immediately text Jose and to my surprise, he did not respond to my texts (even though he had previously responded immediately). I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited 48 hours. Still no response. When I sent another text, I noticed my texts were not saying * Delivered *. When I tried to call Jose, there was no dial tone and an automated voice said * The number you have dialed is not set up * I knew immediately he had blocked my number. So then I called him from my wifes number and not surprisingly, he answered. Once I identified who I was, he immediately hung up. I tried to call him right back and he blocked my wifes number as well. He has now blocked both of our numbers, will not call us back, and now we have an unusable shower. He is a scam artist. DO NOT HIRE!!!!

Wish Jose Hernandez had worked for my business in NJ.

They did great work and got the job done quick! Couldnâ t be happier with the decision.

Jose & team are wonderful! On time arrival, personable, very clear communication throughout the job, great work - tile installation looks great and trim was well done, cleaned-up after themselves. Could not have asked for a better experience! It was GREAT to find someone willing and able to take-on a small job... many companies won't. So thankful to have found Jose & his team!

Excellent working with Jose and his team! They responded quickly to my initial outreach and came to measure that same day. He was very responsive and thorough throughout, and did a great job laying over 300 sqft of porcelain tile in my kitchen. Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent communication, was able to complete our project a few days after speaking with him. Arrived on time, very friendly and professional. The tile work looks perfect! Would definitely recommend.
