"Mr. H, I am sorry you are not pleased with your service. The first thermostat was one that you bought online and we installed it, correctly. That is a billable job. Unfortunately, it broke and assumably did not come with a warranty. We sold you a thermostat and installed that one which required another trip to your house, sir. Again, that is a billable job. I am sorry you are not happy that the thermostat you purchased that wasn't expensive didn't work and our "expensive" one did."
