Please give him a call, he is very thorough, gives everything in detail with a 10 page report, including plenty of pictures and videos. He will explain everything to you step by step. He will email it to you and if you have any questions you can give him a call and he will answer. He is very professional and very reasonable. He is very friendly and I would use him again! Before you start doing anything to your home, please call Devin first and let him do an inspection. It will be worth the money to do that.
