Homeowners beware! They come as friendly as they can be until you are locked in to do the job. The job was for a sewer line repair. I was dealing with the frustration while we were in a delivery room as my newborn baby was being born, thankfully my father in-law was home to witness the whole fiasco of a job. They started drilling and digging inside my house without laying down coverings on the floor and the tech has walked back and forth in and out of my house tracking mud and sewage. Even after I had asked them to please respect my home and place floor coverings as their walk way, they did not during the second day of the job and after I spent hours of cleaning after them during the first day. The person I was in contact with Ernesto, have messaged me that they are done but recommended that I replace the entire sewer line because it is not good anymore, I asked him for a camera to go through so that I can make a better de decision and cannot just take his word for it as they had quoted me a very expensive replacement cost $15k to replace the entire line. He then told me that yes and they ran the camera and that the pipes are bad and I should agree with them to replace the pipes in which they have lied because I called my father in-law the moment the he arrived and had asked him if they ran a camera, my father in-law stated that the tech merely came in for five minutes to take a look at the hole that they have dug and stated that another tech would be coming in to dig more and repair the pipe. I also spoke with Ernesto again letting him know that I don't understand why the need to lie to me regarding the camera being ran. At this point I have become suspicious of the way they conduct business. Then, later on that day the pipe fitter had completed the job. My father in-law had asked him per my request if he could please show him a test run to make sure that no leaks appear before covering the hole. The pipe fitter stated that it is all good and that he had already tested it and it is working accordingly and then he left, instructing the other tech to start covering the whole. My father in-law frantically called me letting me know of the situation. While he was on the phone with me the tech had poured cement on top of the newly fixed pipe. I asked my father in-law to run a test by running the shower and flushing the toilet while I was on the phone and sure enough the new pipe that they have installed leaked and filled up the hole they dug with sewage water. The tech frantically poured dirt and bags of cement into the hole trying to cover the pipe at which point I can hear my father in-law telling him to stop. The tech said no because his boss had ordered him to do so. My father in-law had to literally step in between the techs and the hole to prevent the tech from continuing to cover the hole. I have contacted Ernesto and his supervisor Jose via texts asking for an explanation in writing and all I get is lets talk in person or via phone. They are not able to explain anything back to me. I also have other plumbing companies to do an inspection including running camera on the half fast job they did. It was determined that the pipes are still viable from my toilets, shower and other drains that are connected to that pipe however it was blocked from the point where Hero plumbing had cut and installed the new pipe. It could have been clogged due to the cement that they poured and had sipped in the lines causing a blockage. We had to come home to our home with our new baby to house covered in mud and sewage sludge dragged all through my house with no functioning sewer and unable to wash dishes, shower, use of toilet, unable to use a washing machine, etc. they refuse to return a refund of my money. I have pictures and text messages to verify all of this and will be reporting them to BBB and will be considering.

Oh my goodness, where do I start? We came down to Sun City to visit my Mom-n-law for spring break. That day, we had a overflow in both bathrooms from the toilets. We had water that had ran into the hall from the guest bathroom into both guest rooms and the main bedroom. My mother in law searched the phone book looking for a plumber and ran across "Hero". She needed a Hero, so called them and before you know it we had a technician onsite, Cesar. Seeing the issue, he called in support to have the standing water removed and begin drying the carpet and remove the wet drywall. Cesar, Joel, Neal and multiple other outstanding technicians spent the week identifying the problem, sharing options and ended up repairing/replacing the complete drain line. We had multiple pipe failures. Each step of the way had visual inspections in the pipe so we knew the issues. I need to give a huge "shout out" to Cesar. He insured my mother in law was always informed of the process, the next plan etc. Joel was also one of our Hero's. If I lived in the Phoenix area, I wouldn't hesitate to call this company. The work was extensive, but I cannot say enough of the professionalism of our repair team. We had 5 holes through the concrete slab indoors and one exterior one. The job was completed prior to what we where told. I cannot say enough about "Hero Home Services"

Home Hero Service replaced my entire sewer drain from under the house to the street and discovered a leak in my water line , so it had to be repaired also. They did an awesome job, the guys are very friendly and polite and good workers. They really know what they are doing and do it right! I would definitely hire them again.

Hero Home Services to the rescue again! I used them a couple years ago for an ac unit install and now I needed their plumbing services...Ernesto came out the same day and installed a new water heater...fair prices, top notch workers who are informative, professional, and skilled...love this company! They came in and gave us some general information on water heater maintenance. The cost was reasonable and they gave us warning signs of when the water heater can fail. All in all it was a great experience. They wore masks and were very courteous.

I am a long distance landlord working with a property manager. Everyone was so available with necessary information and very flexible with coordination between myself, the property manager, and the renters. The plumber also took care not to cause more damage than necessary and even escalated my job to an emergency to protect my home from further water damage and possible mold.

I was in the process of purchasing an older home and completion of inspections is a time sensitive matter which Hero completely understood. I spoke with them and they were able to get someone out there the same day and the inspection report w/video was provided the next day. Maritza was so kind, followed up throughout and answered all of my questions, was in communication with me providing updates on anything outstanding and provided overall excellent customer service. I couldn't be happier with the speed that they were able to turn around the inspection or the customer service.

This was an unplanned project which came up when I requested replacement of a toilet. Every aspect of the repair was exceptionally professional and efficient. Plus, the repair was completed in 2 days - this was from the time of finding the problem to digging and having the pipe replaced and foundation sealed! I am very happy with the service I received and it was so easy to work with the crew and Alex and Aaron. Everything was explained clearly and was exceptionally well done. The home that I had the service done was a rental property. Originally we thought that it was a blockage/backup, however, the team at hero services dug into the yard to verify where it was originating from. Long behold that one of the main sewer line pipes had been broken and completely destroyed. The main technician was Jon, he was so helpful and knowledgeable about the process of repairing/replacing and always provided the best options. The full transparency was a breath of a fresh air. He did a full inspection throughout the house and provided hands on experience to identify the root cause. Overall it was a much bigger job than I had originally anticipated but definitely worth it in the long run. Jon was so communicative throughout the repair process and was extremely respectful of my tenants and there personal needs. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to calling them in the future for any home service needs.

After having another company out prior to hiring hero home services the company was here for over 2 1/2 hours left then came back and I was informed that the job was going to be $1700-$2500. I did not feel very comfortable with the confidence of the technician as he was constantly on the phone with someone else trying to troubleshoot. I called here at home services they were out within two hours and resolve the problem in less than an hour for $100. I am a realtor And will be definitely referring this company out to my clients. John was my tech and arrive when he said he was going to arrive in uniform and was extremely professional.I would strongly suggest hiring hero home services.

I want to say Thank You. I had called on Saturday with an issue regarding the water valves under my kitchen sink, I was having a dishwasher installed. I spoke with Martiza in the office and was so impressed with her professionalism. Maritza called me back when promised and kept me informed of all scheduling. The gentleman arrived on Monday, at the time established, he was extremely professional as well. My home was built in the 50â s and all that goes with it. The water valves were so old a certain replacement valve used, the gentleman didnâ t have that on his truck so he went out to get one with hesitation. The job was taken care of and I canâ t Thank You enough for the pride that is taken in the work performed and the professionalism of your team.
