Hero Tech Heating and Air

Kory was sent by Home Warranty company to do P.M. on my unit and live in Northeast Alabama. He came this morning found I had compactor burnt he changed that and seemed VERY knowledgeable with unit. I was PLEASED thus far with having him do work on my unit. If I have any Bad things I WILL be HONEST and post on here. There will be more minor work to be done and will keep post updated.

He was contracted by { removed company name} Home Services. My elderly parents were without AC in the summer for over 2 months. He came out and said he put freon in but told my dad he did not have any and had to come back. Never came back, but turned in his paperwork to { removed company name} as complete and charged them for the coolant. Still no AC and so { removed company name} sent him back a month later. Ordered a compressor and had to pay out of pocket to Hero Tech $950 and he supposedly installed the part and the AC still does not work and now he will not return a call or bother coming back! He is a fraud and a thief. He did not even have tools to do an install of the part the last time and asked my dad if he had sockets and tools and had to ;supposedly go buy some from a local hardware store.

The guy Korey came and attempted the work and failed big time. Gave plenty of opportunity to come back out and never did. Had to hire someone else sent him proof and he basically cursed me out. Very unprofessional

Kory went the extra mile when repairing our a/c unit. He even order new parts to prevent the same issue from happening in the future. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Korey did a great job! Very personable and friendly and did everything he could to make sure I had heat for the cold nights coming up. I would recommend Korey to anyone in the Cleveland/Chattanooga area who needs heating and air work done. He was on time for our appointment, and did everything he said he would do. Korey even followed up with me making sure that my heat was properly working. Korey is as good as it gets!!
