I used them for just one of their many services - prevent small animals from tunneling into my porch. Very knowledgeable and helpful on that front; it turned out that they could solve another pest problem as well, which required screening my vent pipes on my roof.

My problem was with rodents in the attic. The little old lady they sent said she could not smell any so she thought it was a squirrel which they do not trap. She looked me in the eye and said that see set a rat trap just in-case there was one. I went up the next day to check it out and there was rat droppings everywhere and the trap was never set. The trip arm was stapled down so it could not be set. This person really didn't want to get her hands dirty is the bottom line. When I called and ask for the manager I only get told that he's not in the office now and call back. It was a total waste of money and time. I went and got some DECON.

This company is extremely professional. Jim Foley came to the house on three occasions prior to signing the contract. He explained everything the company does, answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable about insects and various diseases like scale - which had infected some trees and shrubs. The first treatment was two days ago. I got a note through the door when the job was finished to tell me what was done, and a warning not turn on the sprinklers for a day. Very helpful indeed - would recommend them to anyone.

Frank who came out initially to give me an estimate was very friendly and professional. Carolyn was the tech, who came and took care of the pest control around my house. She was very knowledgable and shared her knowledge with me. Clifton was the tech, who came another day and sprayed under my house for termites. All three of these Heron employees were very knowledgable, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company for your pest control needs.
