DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY... We hired them to install an appliance package and they sent Eric. Eric came in and was in a very big hurry, did not answer questions and appeared very agitated. He was very unkind to my 87 year old father who was trying to keep an eye on things while we were working. He also moved our old fridge downstairs damaging the wood on my stairs and telling me it was no big deal when I got upset. He brought in a marker and covered the spots. The refrigerator obviously did not fit the space yet he forced it into the space damaging it leaving it wobbling as the back wheels are gone. It is now uneven and wobbling dented and damaged. When we tried to speak to him about the damage to the fridge and the floor he got very aggressive and rude with me to the point my husband asked him not to speak to me like that. He became more aggressive and we asked him to leave our property. He became violently aggressive and said he was not leaving until he got paid. My husband again asked him to leave and finally got him out of the front door. Then he stood in our driveway out of control and yelling. Again my husband asked him to remove himself from our property. He sent his helper back in to tell us that he had called the police on us. The Douglas County Sheriff arrived at our home and spoke to us and informed him he was not to enter our property. HE CALLED THE POLICE ON US FOR ASKING HIM TO LEAVE OUR HOME BECAUSE OF HIS AGGRESSIVE NATURE. We did call Darlene and she was of very little help except asking for her money which we did pay for the appliances that were installed properly and the fridge they moved downstairs. WE HAVE NEVER IN OUR LIVES HAD ANYONE PROVIDING A SERVICE TO US TREAT US LIKE THIS. And my poor 87 year old father was sick to his stomach and traumatized by this man. We are just sick that this company never acknowledged apologized or expressed any remorse for this sick employees actions. AGAIN DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

Work was good and they were responsive, but they did have a $60 diagnosis fee plus $120 in labor; the diagnosis probably took about an hour, and the replacement itself probably about 25 minutes. That felt a bit steep, but they do have a warranty on their labor.

Scheduling was quick and the service was thorough- both in explanation and execution.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and fast to diagnose and fix. I felt like the value compared to what I paid was fair and reasonable--a great deal overall!

I called Herrera's to fix my washing machine and when the technician came out, he told me he Googled the error code I gave them to get an idea of what was wrong. He was unable to figure out what was causing the error code and after being there for an hour without running any diagnostics , he told me that the actuator was bad. He didn't seem confident in his answer, so I called him out on it. He told me again that the actuator is bad and by replacing it, this will fix the problem. On the receipt he wrote Actuator out . I ended up buying the replacement actuator from another company and after I installed it, the problem was still there. I called Herrera's back to explain that I hired them in Good Faith to provide a service, but they failed to do so. The owner was nothing but argumentative and she refused to provide a refund. Their company failed to provide the service I hired them for and I was given an incorrect diagnostics. After researching the error code on my own I determined the problem was a faulty Water Inlet Valve and not the actuator in which the technician said was the problem. I will never use Herrera' s again!!

On time, prompt, friendly, professional, fixed my dryer.

The lady that called me was very nice and polite and knowledgeable. They were even able to see me the same day. The technician called in advance to give a better time of arrival. He arrived and immediately assessed the issue and gave me a quote. He kept his work area picked up and cleaned after he was done. He was very friendly and patient and explained as he was working. I would recommend this company to others.

The appointment process was easy and they did a good job following up. We had them out early the next day and the issue was resolved quickly. The tech was knowledgable and dog friendly. That goodness the issue was simple but we got it foxed for just a service fee.

The tech had to rebuild my dryer vent system. He was able to reuse the parts present, which saved us money. He took the time to show me what he was doing. Together we made sure each joint was secure that the air flow was excellent. Although the job took longer than expected, the tech did a very thorough job.

Top notch service, communication, professionalism and timeliness! I highly recommend them and will continue to use them!

Brian was out to see us the same day and was prompt and honest. He diagnosed the reason for our gas smell coming from our oven immediately and made the simple fix without extras. He also offered a no pressure option for a replacement. Extremely pleasant experience and would definitely use again!

They contacted me quickly and were able to get out that day. They asked me if I would be available earlier if the service man was running earlier and it happened that he was. The serviceman, Zoltan, was knowledgeable and helpful - explaining what was being done and what the options were. I would use this company again.

Zoltan was extremely professional, friendly & knowledgeable. He has a ton of experience & explained things to me very well. I highly recommend this family-owned company!
