I am writing to express how deeply upset I am with the service I received during my recent condominium move. I had placed my trust in your company, especially since it came recommended?but the experience has been incredibly disappointing and upsetting. Here are just some of the major issues I encountered: ? Many of my belongings were packed while still dirty, and over half arrived stained or in poor condition. ? Boxes were completely unlabeled, making unpacking confusing and stressful. ? The movers told me they were ?finished? and left?without offering any help to unpack or assist me in putting things away. I am an older woman and clearly needed support. ? I was left without a proper way to reach anyone. I didn?t have a working phone or answering machine at the time. We had provided an alternate cell number, yet no one used it to contact me. ? My son also left a voicemail for the owner, Gina, using the number the property manager gave him, and no one ever responded.

Terrible work terrible communication terrible service. We had a roof leak in our condo. We were recommended by them by the property manager. We will never take their advice ever again. These people packed up our stuff dirty, and when it was delivered to them, it was dirty and dusty nobody clean the items. The stuff that was clean was missed about 60% of it on the item again everything that was packed was not unpacked and cleaned. We paid tons of money for them to do this. I definitely don?t recommend this company nor their storage facility which is not climate control like they say I was in the Jacksonville area. I stopped by they did not know who I was and the stuff is all stored in a dusty warehouse. Hopefully the owners can make it right to us and we will change this review. Other than that please do not use these guys. They also broke some of the glass on our curio cabinet, as well as scuffed up our walls in our door jam trying to get the desk in the office.

They stole, lied, and operated under pretenses and with improper licensing. When a bad review was left, they closed down their page. They are often misrepresenting themselves, and still, act as if the incorporated business is active (it is not), Regina Mizell is considered only a manager of the company (to avoid consequences) and changes the name and registered agent of her company approximately every 3 years. There is a long history of manipulating the IRS, no verifiable tax ID number, and they continue working in ties with Howard Construction, LLC to defraud their clients. Sadly endorsed by State Farm and it makes it too easy for them to continue their egregious behavior.

They run a good show.
