Sadly, I found Andrew to be a man of no integrity. Regardless of the good work, he intentionally through his greed never submitted for approval to my home warranty company because he knew they would never approve his price. He led me to believe he applied for approval did the work, got paid in full by me, but because he never submitted for approval, the warranty company refused reimbursement. He cost me $3,500 and it was at a time with high Covid in place, no one wanted to come out, companies were hard to reach and my husband had just died and had his military burial the day before my AC also died. Andrew saw an opportunity to make a great deal of money from a widow on low SSI income and never looked back at cause the evil in his heart was true to being the man he truly is. Find someone else to do the work needed. He does not deserve to be in business with this attitude. It would have cost him nothing to be a man of excellence and do the right thing. He got paid in full. The reimbursement would have come from the warranty company to the customer. Andrew Herring is NOT A MAN OF EXCELLENCE. HE HAS NO INTEGRITY. DO NOT HIRE HIM. There are plenty of companies run by people of excellence!

3/31/21 DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Their techs will break your system, the owner will not take responsibility and then they will say they have never dealt with you. They have lied, they do not know how to provide correct service and now it seems I have to resort to legal representation. My system works correctly after the technician *jump starts* it but then the tech leaves and when the house heats back up and the compressor needs to function and turn on it does not. Initially I thought their work was great except 4 days later my entire AC system shut down and has not been up and running yet. They have done nothing but try to put band-aids on my system. Once these band-aids no longer work they will stop answering your calls 10/26/20 I am not going to change my 5 star review because the company has been extremely responsive when I am still having issues with my AC. Right after my initial review was written, my AC did not work after being serviced. Unfortunately, it did not work due to the first technician coming to my house and slugging (overcharging) my AC condenser - compressor. This is a huge issue and mistake by the technician - should have not ever added air refrigerant/Freon in the first place but did. When a second technician came out he did see this was the issue, added a hard start kit and also drained some of the freon for my system to run correctly and compressor to work. A day and a half later, it stopped working again, technician came out a third time , added a capacitor due to ampage being too high and system working too hard turning on and throughout cooling of home. As of this post , the system seems to be functioning correctly but it is winter so I really wont be using the AC much, I will let you know of any issues I find in the summer. After the first technicians error, the company has tried their best to rectify the issue I am having short of just installing a brand new compressor. They have not charged me for multiple visits and band-aids

Quickly diagnosed and repaired my issue. Did it for an extremely friendly cost. Was also very informative so that I feel more knowledgeable about my own HVAC unit and the necessary upkeep.

Came to house on time. Good personality. Did a good job and worked fast. Very fair price.

Was able to get a/c services done the following day. Technician/owner was there on time and explained how repaired the unit and what can be done to possible avoid future minor repairs.

Andrew installed the wrong type of blower to my AC, and he used the wrong type of mounting bracket and screw. The blower worked only for about a day and made a loud noise, and the mounting bracket and screw failed to hold the blower. I was without AC for about two weeks in the middle of the hot summer. Finally, I called another technician who found a Lennox blower immediately and came and fixed my AC in a couple of hours. The second technician told me not to let Andrew in my house again. I am still trying to get reimbursed for Andrews labor and service charges of $368.73.

The technician was not very knowledgeable. Could not answer questions we had. Seemed very irritated when he couldn't figure out what he thought was the problem. I later found out from another tech,that what he thought was the problem, was not the problem. He constantly phoned his boss for the next steps to try, who by the way was googling what this guy should have tried! Never again!!

Excellent, technican very nice, well mannered and I requested they wear booties and he complied. Very happy with service and extremely thorough.

Andrew and Eric were very professional, courteous, and thorough during their visit to service my AC unit. They gave me details on exactly what was being done, guided me through the process, and asked if I had any questions / needed clarification. In addition, the pricing was very fair. Overall, I was happy with the visit and would definitely use them again for my AC maintenance needs.

Courteous, thorough, and efficient, Andrew soon identified the problem with our AC system, even though it had only been occurring sporadically, at the time, and repaired it, by replacing the faulty part.
