I had a great experience working with Adeel and his crew last year, so when I was ready for this project, I knew who to call. I had a master bath with a jacuzzi tub and wanted it converted to a walk in shower. Adeel was a creative problem solver and his team was thorough and did amazing work. I highly recommend Hertz Builders.

Adeel was great to work with, fantastic communication, and was able to accommodate with scheduling. He and his team were the right guys for the task and they were in and out within a day.

I was not disappointed when I hired Adeel to demolish an old sidewalk and to pour concrete for a new sidewalk. He explained the process to me in detail. His workers were polite and professional. They also did an excellent job of cleaning my area and my neighborâ s area. I felt that the price was a little high, but I didnâ t feel like I was being robbed. I would hire Hertz for other jobs and refer them to other homeowners.

His workers are prompt and thorough, with great attention to detail. Cleanup perfect. Reasonable, competitive prices. Our extension roof resurfaced and sealed plus gutter pipes installed and repaired on short notice. Will definitely have back for more home/business projects

I had my whole front yard done over including waterproofing my foundation. Part of the project included removing the old bricks and fence that was original to the house, also replacing the old concrete with cement pavers in a Herringbone pattern, installing new steps in brick and stone and brick walls. They also changed my gutters, leader and weather capped any wooden pieces that could be saved. while replacing the wood that was rotten. Adeel explained the whole process to me on multiple occasions during the process. His team always started at 8 am and ended at 5 pm unless an emergency came up and they always cleaned up at the end of the day. Throughout the course of the work, small adjustments were made to make the project fit and if I had discrepancies Adeel and his team were always quick to adjust and make it right. Overall I am satisfied and received praise for the work that was completed by my neighbors and people in passing. My front yard looks completely different and modern from when the project started. Adeel stands by his work and gave me a good outcome for the project. I have already recommended them to my family members who saw the brickwork and wanted them to do a similar project.

Adeel, the head Foreman was timely, honest about costs, very knowledgeable about City Codes & rearranged his schedule to accommodate my needs & rainy days to repair my front home sidewalk. Sent all necessary doc s for Insurance! Best Part: Had an Emergency Electrical Repair during a rainstorm & his Electrician came immediately & fixed the problem! Hertz s costs are very reasonable. He also installed a hand railing for steps to basement. Adeel does exactly what he promises & kept me updated on the work, etc. The repair of the concrete sidewalk still looks so beautiful months after he completed the job! Hertz came quoted & started job immediately. I was impressed how detailed Adel was. Showed picutes of the damage and the repairs thereafter. Price was extremely reasonable and they work with you. I especially liked how he saw damage on the neighbor's roof which eventually would become my problem and quoted a fair price to my neighbor and now it's fixed. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Adeel and his crew were fabulous in every way. Adeel came to the house with a book of completed work, listened to what we wanted and responded with helpful suggestions and recommendations. They completed the work in a shorter amount of time than originally stated and the work that was done was beautiful. He was easy to reach and responded immediately to any text or call. Mr Adeel was honest and straight forward in his opinion of what needed to be done to my roof. The day before the job was to be started his team arrived to prep by having the necessary materials on hand. They started the next day on time and completed the job that day. All debris was removed with little disturbance to my family. Upon completion, the team explained what was done and was provided with photos. Gladly recommend Mr Adeel and his team to anyone. I have used Hertz for roofing, pavement-cement work, waterproofing of foundation, and other smaller projects. I can describe hertz as being friendly, giving personalized service, showing attention to detail, giving a patient and detailed explanation of all work. Good clean-up after work is done.

I do not give recommendations, however, Adeel was absolutely the best contractor that I have ever dealt with. He and his crew demolished old outdoor steps and installed new ones to front of my property. There were no surprises -cost was what was quoted, communication was constant, everything was cleaned up and hauled away, and the job was completed beforehand - very professional. Very, very pleased!

I have used Hertz construction for several projects in the past. Work has always been of high quality, professional and completed in a timely manner. Adeel ensures that the work crew works to the highest standards and the work is done correctly. This latest project was to repair/replace 2 external drains and involved excavation, material removal replacement of the drains and concrete construction. Work was dine methodically and clean-up was excellent once the job was completed. I will use Hertz again for any concrete-related work in the future and would highly recommend them for any project that anyone may have.

Hertz builders was not the cheapest. However, when making improvements/investments into your property cheap will often cost you more. I went with Hertz because they were the most personal and professional. Adeel walked me thru the process and set the expectations. He had a great portfolio, and great reviews that didn't disappoint. One of my pet peeves is cleanliness. The workers were very clean. At the end of each work day they made sure not only to clean up the jobsite, but also the neighbors yard. The walkway and sidewalk came out amazing. Thanks Adeel

Fast quality work and workers were very professional

We were very pleased with Adeel's work. The new back yard patio and front yard fence came out very nice and in a timely manner.
