"We don?t know why Conrad made the comments he made, just short of the fact he and an engineer said his permit to build an add-on had expired. He was issued the permit long before we were in contract to survey is properly. We established his property corners, preformed an as-built of his property and prepared a 24? by 36? map which he to submit to the city. He asked us to place an engineering drawing on the map which is an engineer?s duty not something we do . We preformed beyond our contract"
