Fast courteous service. One trip for diagnosis, the part was purchased, second trip for installation....all in about three hours.

We missed our original appt due to the fact that the tech at Hester Appliance only called my cell phone # prior to the time he was ready to come to my house, rather than my husband's # as instructed. I missed the call and we had to reschedule. They acted like it was a huge hassle to reschedule during a time that was convenient. When they finally arrived on the rescheduled date, the service was fine, and the price was reasonable, but the customer service leading up to the appt was less than to be desired.

Tim was very patient and informative. His professional demeanor put me at ease and I trusted his judgment on the repairs needed, followed by the process of completing said repairs.

Showed up as promised. Good rates, fast service, and has a one year warranty on the repair.

Once they finally showed up they did the job, but it took 2 months to get them to show up! They also do not return phone calls to unhappy customers.

They did a great job

Absolutely would use again. He showed up on time. Not only did he fix the problem but also took the time to realign and oil my bottom freezer door and it works better than new! It was the weekend and I was prepared to pay much more than charged. Great company.
