"Hi Gordon, Per our warranty policy, which you received at project completion, you simply need to call the office to schedule a warranty visit. You have not contacted the office, nor are not returning our numerous calls since receiving this review. Please give us a call. Furthermore, your project exceeded the original budget due to materials you selected and agreed to, as well as a structural beam you wished to have added to modify the kitchen layout in your original contract. All of the above beings said we are disappointed by the 1-star feedback."
"Denise, thank you so much for your kind words and for continuing to trust the Hestia team with your beautiful home!"
"Hello, We replied to this same review on Google a few weeks ago. We will respond here as well for you. Regarding the payment terms, our progress payment policy is very clearly outlined in the contract, which is indeed tied to project progress. We apologize if these terms and the correct expectations were not effectively communicated upfront, and will ensure we do so in the future. Regarding the project process, your contract was executed on 2/14/20, with the expectations that we would begin work within 6 weeks and the project should take 6-8 weeks, as you mentioned above. Shortly afterward, the COVID pandemic occurred and the stay at home order was mandated (3/17/20), but regardless - in an effort to get your project done as quickly as possible - we began work. We even emailed you on 3/24/20 letting you know to expect delays due to labor and material resource constraints. Although we are an essential business, several of our employees were not comfortable working, and there were a major shortage and backorder on materials such as cabinetry and glass. Luckily, those delays are now beginning to cease. Regarding communication from your Project Manager, he attempted to communicate with you and Mr. Dean D. Mr D. began using profane, inappropriate, and threatening language, which is unfortunately not tolerable. After the Project Manager expressed his concerns to the office, our office reached out to you several times to schedule and complete the remaining work, which at that time was a punch list and installing the shower glass. You advised our office that you would discuss it with Mr. D and let us know. We are still very willing to return to complete your punch list and install the glass and are still willing to honor our warranty on all work."
"Thank you so much, Belinda! We truly enjoyed working with you and Rusty on your bathroom project. We appreciate your feedback!"
