update---5/13/2020. All of these issues have been fixed already..............This job was stated last October, we have had issues with the surround in the master bath and the wallpaper in the hall bath. The correction to the master surround cracks was to slap white grout in the cracks where the rest of the grout is gray. No response to our calls to have this remedied. Three tries to wallpaper the hall bathroom and have the seams touch and the pattern match. When contacted the office no response and when contacted the contractor was told they would get back to me when they have time. They still do not have time. The sinks and tops are beautiful even though the hall bathroom sink is not the size that I ordered, and the hot and cold water is switched in the bathtub/shower.

The estimate was off on timing to complete, drying time, etc. Get everything in writing as there were a couple of misunderstandings from the rep that prepared the quote. Also, wanted to charge me $400 to remove a small vanity, insisting I would need new plumbing valves, but were already new. ( Took about 1/2 hour to do this ourselves. ) Didn't remove baseboards for the tile job. Felt overcharged based on what they were not willing to do in the price. However, the work was done well. Looks good. Crew was professional and courteous.
