Mr. Hewett is extremely knowledgeable about his area of expertise. He answered all of my questions clearly and succintly. He was very fast, effective, and efficient. One visit and no pests. What more can one ask? Price is extremely reasonable. He kept his word. He did what he said he would do, and for the price he quoted. No changes, switches, or 'new surpises.' Almost a nice personality, friendly, and approachable, and an all around good guy.

He came when expected and returned to check on the rodent situation.

Superb Job! Answered my call after 2nd ring. Listened, asked knowledgeable questions and instructed me to keep myself and all pets away from the backyard. Owner run/operated. Gave me an excellent quote and read back the directions I gave him after apologizing or having just pulled up to a job and inquiring whether I could wait a couple of hours for him to finish the job in C.V. and get to P.G. Very well met. He and his truck were spotless. He fully knows his job with 30+ years in the businesd. Educated me. Professional, warm, appropriate. Worked hard on a hot day for almost 3 hours, removing a 30+ pound hornet nest built into the ground in my backyard. The hornets were still angry ater biting/stinging my dog, a friend and leaving me with over 50 stings/bites the night before. The feeling was mutual and I was glad to see them go, thanks to Hewett Pest Control. From now on, he gets all my pest control related business. Great job; a nice and smart professional. Highest recommend!
