With over 15 years experience in real estate and over three years experience specifically in appraising, I have a deep understanding of the market and can evaluate market trends to give the best opinion of value. Typical appraisals that are not complex start at $500, and include a full report of comparable properties, correct square footage measurements, and pictures to give a clear understanding as to what is being appraised. I also can provide a opinion of value without the full report ($200) and only measurements ($200) of a property for tax purposes. 4 years appraising 17 years real estate experience
