Blew off an appointment for another job, then when I tried to reschedule with him with even more work for more money, he ducked out of the whole thing and ghosted me. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

More than fair, honest, and reliable sounds cliche when it comes to leaving reviews. These three characteristics don't even begin to scratch the surface. Jonathan possesses a level of integrity that is rare. He did an outstanding job installing new floors in my bathrooms and kitchen, so much so that I have asked him to come back and paint not only those areas but the living room / dining room as well. There are few other projects that we have talked about and I even recommended him to my mom for some things that she needs done as well. If you need something done, there's no need to look any further; Jonathan is the man!
