My experience with troy at high-tech audio was terrible. I paid for speakers and a small tv to be installed on my boat. after 4 weeks he finally installed one speaker but had to run a new wire for the second speaker. It has now been another 3 weeks and he will not return any messages or calls, so my job has been left unfinished. NEVER HIRE HIM FOR ANY JOB

We just finished having painting done and all the audio and video components had been unplugged and taken apart. Troy did an excellent job putting everything back together. He also advised us on what could be done with some of our outdated sound equipment. Troy was exceptional at communicating with us during the appointment process and also the day of the service appointment. I highly recommend using Troy of Hi-Tech Audio & Video.

When my old LCD TV needed replacement, Troy helped me select a new TV. He removed the old TV, and installed the new one. He then helped me get it up and running as part of a complex system. He was patient and very thorough. And a really nice person. Still my go-to-guy!

Troy is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He is my new go-to guy for anything related to audio/video.

Troy was very thorough, showed up on time and had my satellite dish realigned and working perfectly (the wind blew it out of alignment from Hurricane Dorian). I would highly recommend him.

We've been doing business with them for about 5 years. I've contracted him for anything computers. Setting up programs, eliminating problems, and he also does other jobs for us regarding light electrical work. I would recommend him. He his quite thorough. He checks and double checks his projects every time. "I think i got it right, but I want to be absolutely certain." You can always find a better price if you search hard enough, but you pay for the quality that you get with Hi-Tech. I am willing to pay extra for the peace of mind I get when using Troy.

He's dependable. He makes himself usually as soon as we call him. If he can't help immediately he reaches out to us. I trust him. He helps with my TV and Stereo, he's also helped with some apps.
