Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
We called Hi-Tech Builders to get a quote on a room addition project and Kristina answered to collect my information. We scheduled a visit so they could give a detailed estimate. When they came over with the project manager and some other contractor, they took note of everything and later we settled for a good price. The level of communication and attention to detail shows that they care about the success of your home building project. So we were happy to work with them. The addition is fantastic and was well built. They took care of everything from the additional plumbing to the wiring.

When we moved in about 6 years ago, we made sure we got the home remodeling contractor contact from the previous homeowner, because the house was in pristine condition. So when we wanted to make some design changes. We already knew the first person to call. Then after our first consultation, our minds were already made up. They had the results, the talent, and the experience to pull off everything we wanted for a good price. My wife and I are very glad we made that decision when looking back. Our kitchen is so gorgeous now with every appliance, accessory, and addon exactly as we imagined.

I and my fiancée moved in together after getting this great deal on our home. The building interior and exterior were great, the only issue was the kitchen; not our taste. We needed to change the flooring, cabinet, and at some little spice to the design. My fiancée gave me a Hi-tech builder that her friend recently got their home remodeled and it was great! Meeting with Danielle lifted my hope because he sure spoke like he could handle it and he did with his team. They gave us missing pieces to our home; the remodeling was great and much appreciated. My experience with contractors ripping me off from remodeling jobs makes it harder to trust new ones contacted. I am into real estate; I have worked with many remodeling companies which has also left me with lots of dissatisfied clients. I had a storage room thatâ s quite okay in size and isnâ t frequently used, I needed to convert it to a room to make more rooms for the family. I needed the job done in due time and I contacted Hi-tech builders then we scheduled a meeting; they came at the appointed time to inspect and after finalizing the whole remodeling budget they started with a group of professionals I must say. I visited my parents after several months and it just struck me the bathroom has never been remodeled. I had to contact a friend for a remodeling company and he recommended Hi-tech builders. I had them met with my Dad while I visited a close friend and I sorted out the payment and I came several days later. I met Dave and Leo and they ran me through the progress and showed accounts for every cost. Days later they finished the remodeling and it was awesome and very clean, Hi-tech are professionals!

Recently hired Hi-Tech Builders for a simple bathroom remodel. A great experience and enthusiastically recommend them! We knew what we wanted, did our homework, and spoke with a number of contractors before meeting and hiring May. She and her team were great, professional, and good with communication from start to finish. Over the years, having done a few projects with different contractorsâ ¦ itâ s always a complicated process - coordinating between many different tasks/vendors, and one choice can have a ripple effect on others down the line. We hired Hi-Tech Builders to help us remodel our bathroom and it was amazing. This was our first remodeling and they were very communicative and upfront with the process and costs which was very reassuring. We reached out to other companies but found Hi-Tech Builders to be the most personal and helpful with their suggestions. We started the remodel right before the COVID-19 outbreak which made finishing the job difficult, but they went above and beyond to make sure we wouldn't be left without a functional bathroom. They were very committed to helping us and we will definitely use them again.

WOW!!! This company can sell hair to a bald man! I deal with Lior the field supervisor great sells man. He told us they were so wonderful and how we would love the finished job. 1. Lior gave us a price of 45,000,00 for the entire job. 2. Once the job started all was good, the plan to take down a wall stop the original plan. The wall that we wanted to take down was load bearing wall. We were okay with that not happening. 3. We were told by Lior that it would be an extra 2,100 for two extra cabinets and the counter top behind this wall (what part of entire job was I not understanding?) 4. Moving forward after the cabinet were hung I noticed they were not centered, they got fixed, but the workmanship was not good.(boxed cabinets) I was told to buy all the kitchen appliances. I got the gas range counter top double built in oven and built in microwave oven. 5. After all that I was told that the microwave oven was not on the plans. So they placed a small microwave cabinet shelf (not what we talked about) Lior showed up to schmooze us over, but first and foremost get the money! 6. I started noticing that the work crew was not the same as the ones that started. My job had three crews while the job was being done. The first Crew removed the old kitchen and ran the electrical wiring. Several weeks later another crew came to finish the work of the first crew. The next few weeks a third Crew came in to finish the electrical hook up. I watched and heard them having trouble finding the wires and cutting wires. The first day they left the new kitchen light worked, but the dinning room lights would not work. I call Lior, and he had the same crew come back to fix it. 7. I asked Lior what formal education or certification these crew had on installing electrical wiring. I never got an answer. The next day they sent to guys who told me they were there to run a diagnosis on the electrical in the kitchen. After they completed their diagnosis, I asked what was wrong? They said that some of the wire was not the right gauge and that they had too many outlet on one line which could trip the breaker. They said they were going to advise their boss. I asked Lior for a written report which I never received. He said he was going to send another electrician come. I told him NO I was getting an independent one now. The cost estimate to repair the electrical would be over 3,300.00. I found cardboard in the light junction boxes??? 8, While using the countertop (gas) my daughter smelled gas. We found the fitting was not secured tightly and gas had been leaking for weeks. Now I in fer the rest of this gas line which runs in the attic pipe may also be leaking because of the poor workmanship. I need to have a certified person come check now, unknown cost now?? 9. The next thing I noticed while cleaning the gas range when I lifted the grill up to clean was the range was not centered and one of the grills hit the cabinets while the other lifted up without obstruction. 10. The quartz countertop was poorly installed lots of noticeable patchwork , some of the doors on the cabinets were loose. 11. This company cuts corners the line their pockets and hires the cheapest labor and no certifications on their workers other than they have done this type of work else were. These workers work under the license of Hi-Tech builts again no formal training or record of such. 12. PLEASE think before using this company!!! They can talk but the work is not as special as they claim. Scams, upsells and it was not in the contract, BEWARE! If you would like to see the proof I will let you come see it for yourself

We worked with May at Hi Tech Builders on our remodeling project that was to demolished the old kitchen and install a new one. We were worried mainly that the remodeling will interrupt my day by day life (which was the main reason why we haven't done yet). But because of the experience and the history of that company we did go head and did the work. May stayed on top of all the things that were involved in the work, her attitude was excellent, and she knew how to maintain a great relationship with all the workers and us. The new kitchen was finished within a month. Great experience and highly recommended.

Our project started as complete remodel for two bathrooms and partial remodel for the kitchen. We took four bids but I knew we were going with Hi-Tech almost immediately. They weren't the cheapest - but the Project Manager, May Perez, won me over immediately with her knowledge, eye for design, professionalism and energy. We're a month in right now and our initial plans have expanded to include a full remodel to the kitchen now, the garage, and other types of work done in every other room of the house. I can't imagine the process being any easier. The communication between May and my wife and I is constant. She answers ever question and addresses any issues I bring up. The workers are punctual and skilled. And, best of all, everything is staying on schedule. I give May Perez and Hi-Tech Builders my highest recommendation.

Initial interaction was great but later down line it became that I had to contact to see when they can come out to complete the project there was constant delays. My last communication was with Karen regarding flooding in my kitchen with the plumbing work that was completing by their company which was 2 week ago I attempted to reach her twice and never responded to me to address the issue.

My 5x8 bathroom remodel performed by Hi Tech Builders looks very good. The project consisted of getting rid of a corner shower, and putting in a full-size shower with a bench seat and a swinging frame-less shower door, tiling the wall and floor, installing a new vanity, medicine cabinet, and wall- mounted towel cabinet, as well as moving the toilet location. The final result is beautiful. After gutting the bathroom, the inspector squawked about notches in the studs from a previous owner remodel in a load-bearing wall. Hi Tech reinforced the studs at no additional cost. The project took a couple of days longer than estimated on the contract, but I am very happy with the final result. That said, there were problems which were eventually resolved, but which I felt so strongly about that I added them to the completion report as follows: I am satisfied with the finished product, but I am not 100% satisfied with the way the work progressed. 1) Pluming errors which required rework: a) One port of rough-in valve was still unconnected behind the cement board. This was discovered after tile work was underway. b) Recessed shower connections required me buying plumbing extensions. c) Loose shower connections after tiling required opening up wall in another bathroom to fix problems. d) Plumber broke handheld shower mounting bracket, requiring me to purchase another one. e) Vanity drain was moved to wrong position, requiring redo. 2) Wider shower door required me purchasing a shower arm to raise the shower head above the door to allow the door to open inward. 3) Exhaust vent installation error which resulted in rain leak required rework. 4) Many scheduled working days that no one showed up. Many days that worker(s) were here only for an hour or two. Job took twice as long as verbally stated (but only 4 days more than stated in the contract). 5) Unsafe medicine cabinet installation by 3 installers had to be redone by one installer who was very good at his job and secured it with 100% satisfaction.
