Hi-Tech Environmental, LLC

Had the best experience ever

I paid $19,000. for lead paint encapsulation/abatement. He did only one of the two levels contracted. Replacing the doors was included in the contract. I still have my original doors. The City brought in their own contractor to complete the work and billed me $10,000.00 more to complete the Job. Did not get the dust wipe test. He was told to refund me for the work he didn't do by the Health Dept. but, I have yet to be paid. He left 100 bags of commercial waste from this Job on my property. He borrowed my extension ladder and still have my ladder and Keys to my property. The address on Roebling is a Variety Store.

No complaints

He initially quoted me at $15000, then raised $2500 for expedited services, and he did not resolve any of the issues he promised to resolve, and now he does not want to do any of the work.

If I knew then ( when I hired the company), what I know now I would never have hired Hi-Tech Environmental LLC. We signed the contract on May 25th for the abatement and still the work has not been completed. The job should take 5 days to complete, and we are going into month two. All I am hearing is delays and excuses. Very unprofessional and I would never recommend the company to anyone including my worst enemy.

I hired them to remove lead from door casing in my apartment. They were able to quickly come out and abate the lead. He was very knowledgeable, professional and informed me throughout the process. He was also very commutative and answered all of my questions.

I hired him to do a lead based paint removal work. Very satisfied with the result, would use his service again.

Quick service, friendly atmosphere, good price. I called on Monday to request a lead-based inspection, a guy came on Tuesday to do an inspection, and then I got a report the next day.

I did get my results of the lead testing but it was only after weeks of missed deadlines and constant reminders from me.

A lead abatement was done, after inspection. This involved encapsulation of those walls found to contain harmful amounts of lead with a special inspection device used according to guidelines instituted by HPD. Appropriate, notorized papers were issued following this process. All individuals involved were courteous.

On top of his work

Nice and friendly service
