he was very friendly and knowledgeable about 3 of 5 faucets he worked on. he wasn't able to fix the Moen faucet or the Delta faucet . he worked on the Moen for 60 min unsuccessfully , but I got charged for his time anyway.

Started great done in 1 hr then leak and 1 1/2 hr more to fix it. Total job cost way to much for the extra time. He didn't bring his own flashlight.

Jim's response was quick and he arrived at the promised time (on a Sunday no less), correctly assessed the problem, and repaired it in a timely matter. It is good to know I now have a plumber I can trust!

Mr. Klaus was quick to respond to my request, and quick to arrive at my home. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty faucet, I went out and bought a new one, he returned after lunch and installed it. Presto change-o! Quickly done, done well, fair price.
