I am extremely pleased with my new patio and pool surface! Working with Mike and Bobby was a pleasure. Bobby worked out the plans and Mike showed me patio stone possibilities, tile choices, and pool surfaces as soon as I approved the plans, with great guidance and no pressure. Work was started and completed promptly, and I received photos along the way, as I was out of town. Mike was always very responsive to phone calls and texts, an absolute pleasure. The results surpassed all my expectations and I can’t recommend HiTech Pools highly enough! Thanks!

Mike and Bobby with Hi-Tech Pool and Pavers hit it out of the park with our pool remodel. We had the pool decorative tile redone, a new pool surface, coping around the pool and the whole patio covered with pavers. We are extremely happy with the outcome of the entire project. Bobby stayed on top of the project and was at the house on almost a daily basis making sure the project went smoothly. Communication was great from both Bobby and Mike. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to my friends and family and anyone else. We have nothing but good things to say about Hi-Tech Pool and Pavers. Job well done. Very deserving of this 5 star rating. Keep up the great work!

So we needed too fix a leak problem with our pool and then decided to redo the entire pool since it was going to be empty. We had Bobby come out and give us an estimate and talk us through his companies process. He explained the entire process and showed us the different types of finishes we would be able to choose and all the different colors of tile. We decided to upgrade the finish and tile for the pool and couldn’t be happier.
The install crew were fantastic and left the area clean and neat, the finish crew were also unbelievably clean. They explained what they were going to do and how the pool would look after they were done. We called them the magic crew as the pool came out just as they stated and the entire area was clean.
We have had a few neighbors over and they all love the look of the pool. Most importantly is that we are very happy with the way the pool came out and would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about redoing their pool.

Mike and Bobby renovated our pool three years ago. It was a very difficult project with a LOT of moving parts. Mike and his team worked through many unforeseen obstacles and got the job done. Three years later we enjoy our pool as much as the day it was reopened.
Last month, the pool pump seized. It was not replaced during the renovation, it worked fine.
Mike had it replaced in six hours. A text a 7am, on site at 11am and up and running at 1pm. Thank you Mike!

I hired this firm to resurface my pool. The pool came out fine, but they made a total mess of my recently upgraded pavers around the pool. When we first were picking out colors for the resurfacing, I asked about protecting the pavers, and Bobby the salesman told me they put down plastic around the pool to prevent messes. They put nothing down and now my red pavers have blue plaster all over and between them, they even got the plaster on our new patio furniture. When confronted about this all they said was "sorry"...... Never Again!! Be warned.

Hi-Tech is the best company in Town. I received what I was expecting and what the company offered. The staff members come on time. Robert is super nice and professional. Bobby and Mike were great to deal with. The project was delivered under a tight time frame as promised and within budget. Project included pool resurfacing and pavers for decking. All of it came out great. They kept us informed along the way and sent loads of updates as we were not there during the project itself. In addition they kept the HOA informed and ensured that all requirements were followed. Would highly recommend them

I thought he was going to do what we agreed to contract. He started bullying me after he got the money. He told me he was going to do it differently than what we agreed and he told me and my wife that we were not going to get what we agreed to from him.

"Mr. Collins intent was for us to procure his travertine with contractor pricing. He called our vendor several times behind our back seeking pricing information. Upon receipt of the material, he presented a list of demands not on our agreement. Then he fired us BEFORE we "broke ground". He then continued to call other contractors and became a pariah in Vero Beach. It is a small town, word gets around. The word on Hi-Tech Pools and Pavers is 5.0 stars on and through word of mouth. There are a few 1/2-star clients as well. Stephen Collins is one of these."

They broke tile under coping 42 ea. tried to glue pieces and fill in with some type of mortar. this became a rush job due to pavers being broken which created work stoppage. Job was sublet and not well supervised by high tech. Cannot replace the tile without resurfacing the pool - big money! I would look elsewhere for a company to install travertine pool pavers.

After receiving estimates to refinish my pool for many years now, I was leery about too many contractor's "don't worry about it" attitude when it came to my important questions. Hi-Tech pools was a pleasant change from that. The owner himself came out for the estimate and explained in great detail exactly what was involved in my specific case from pros and cons of different tiles and finishes right down to the treatment of my well water for the refill. Not only did the weather not cooperate during the project but my 45 year old pool had some hidden surprises for us to further complicate the issue and Hi-Tech didn't stumble one bit. The job was done on schedule, on budget and it looks like new. Thanks Mike!
