I would highly recommend their services. When I telephoned for subterranean termite extermination services they a team of three came the following morning and performed their work efficiently and thoroughly, explaining beforehand what they would do and answer all my questions. Their work is guaranteed 3 years with annual inspections with any remedial serve covered within that period.

I used Home Advisor to identify companies that handle pest control in my area. Four companies showed up and Hi-Tech Pest Control was one with highest rating. However, I sent requests to all four companies that showed up on the Home Advisor web site. And Charity Waldman, the Hi-Tech Pest Control office manager called me within two hours of my online request. The call was very professional, asking all of the right questions in a very pleasant manner. The other three pest control companies either didn't respond or did respond about two or three days after my online request. Steve Barton of Hi-Tech Pest Control came to my house and introduced himself and explained what he would do during the house inspection. I can't say enough about the high quality and friendly service I received from Hi-Tech Termite Control. As it turned out, my problem was not with swarming termites but flying ants in my attic and water damage to my back porch posts. He found one small isolated area that had a start to dry wood termite damage. At the end of the inspection. Steve explained that their wasn't a major problem that I couldn't correct on my own. He gave me the option of using his company for repairing and correcting all of the problems noted or correcting the problem on my own. I am extremely satisfied with Hi-Tech Termite Control's quick response and service. Steve's professional manner and helpful information made Hi-Tech Pest Control made me feel confident that was the company and people I would always want to deal with in the future. Great customer service from start to finish...the guys covered nearly every inch of our property with termite chems & also used microwave tech. Also gave us valuable info about preventing future infestation...plus a 3 year warranty.

David Biacsi came out right on time and gave my home a thorough going over. Determined I did not need termite service at this time. Also gave me some DIY pointers to monitor and recommended a yearly inspection to keep things termite free. Will call again next time.

They were very knowledgeable-were on time, very neat & considerate, explained the process very clearly -patient with my questions. I have a 3 year warranty with them. Cannot say how effective it all was:) will keep you updated as time goes on.

Well, we did need treatment. We had spot chemical cleaning performed. The treatment appointment was available immediately and the technician showed up exactly on time. I do not know pricing for these services so cannot provide accurate price comparison information. My only advice is to make sure the technician goes into the attic.

Hi Tech was very professional in their inspection, bid and termite control. We had 3 inspection/estimates (the two other big names in the industry). Hi Tech was just much more professional and very competitive in pricing. Would definitely hire again.

These guys were great! Ray (regional manager)was very knowledgeable and professional. Ray came out to help out with the work with Frank. They were efficient and very neat - you wouldn't even know anyone was here after they left. Great job and would hire them again in a flash.

Hi-Tech Termite Control did a wonderful job and I highly recommend them. Jeff came out for the inspection but before he began he spent time to explain and educate me on termites which was refreshing. He showed me the areas of concern and was thorough in his explanation. I never felt pressured and Jeff explained the treatment plan and addressed any questions and concerns I had. Jeff even came out to help the tech on the treatment day. They do not send a third party to do the job! I totally trust them and they have the best warranty coverage in comparison to the other companies I spoke with. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and experience. They were very responsive to my calls and did courtesy calls to remind me of the scheduled appointment. They even let me know when they were running a little late due to traffic. I definitely recommend Hi-Tech for any termite troubles you may have. Thanks Jeff!
