We originally contacted HomeAdvisor to find someone to repair our chain link fence. We had called the company that originally installed our fence and never even got a call back. HomeAdvisor suggested Hickory Landscaping Co. When I went on Hickory's website I noted that they also did masonry work. I have been trying all summer to hire someone to replace steps and build a patio for us with no luck. I would either get no response at all or get a quote and then never be able to get the project scheduled. It was frustrating to say the least. When I called David at Hickory, he came over right away and looked at both the fence and masonry projects. I got a quote the very next day for both projects and work started about week later. David and his men were professional, polite and hard working. He took care of everything - scheduled an electrician and carpenter that were needed as well. David and everyone at Hickory Landscaping provide excellent customer service. From the beginning of researching contractors for my fence project, David was always available to answer questions and never came off as a pushy salesman like a lot of businesses do. He is very knowledgeable, and most importantly, easily accessible. I am very satisfied with the results. His landscaping services are also exceptional. His knowledge is what separates him from other landscaping contractors. There are a lot of landscaping services that charge far less than Hickory in my area, but I found that there was a knowledge deficit with those lower prices. I highly recommend Hickory and I look forward to doing more projects.
