    I discovered a major issue with our water pump on Tuesday evening. I placed a call to this company about 6:30 the same day and spoke with the owner. He let me know that they would be out to my house first thing the next day. Issac called me about 20 minutes later to find out what issues I was having. I sent him pictures and he said he would be there by 9am on Wednesday. He must have gotten there much earlier because my tank was replaced and water flowing to my house by 10am. I would definitely recommend this company and will call them again. Thank you for everything!!

    Dan the owner is wonderful, old school, impeccable follow up and just a good decent man. He sent Issac a very competent and qualified technician. Issac took the time to assess all on a farm from 1908 regarding a newer well snd recommended solutions for a sealed hand dug well. He was careful, methodical, cautious and thorough. Hickory Well will complete all well modifications as they see fit. They can be trusted...
