We had a number of problems and delays on this job. Some of them were due to the contractor not anticipating all that needed to be done. We ended up, by choice not force, paying half of the cost of some of the extra expense they incurred. More communication would have avoided some of the assumptions that were made and would have resulted in a better finish on the architectural concrete. I would use them again for structural concrete. They try hard to get the job done.
