I filled this in on the other rating sheet. I don't want you to consider the thing about cleaning up to be a major problem. It seems to me to be a training issue more than anything else. It's one of those "little things" that most customers notice a lot.

Came when they said they would. Had to leave and get the part they needed. Fixed it pretty quickly. But they used and messed up my garbage can and towel to clean up rather than provide their own "tools" and supplies.

Mr. Hicks treated my home like a constructions site. He used my rug as a drop cloth, my wastebasket as a bucket, my dishwtowel as a rag and cleaned up nothing, not even paper cups from their lunch. Athought his plumbing work seems to be decent, I would never have the company in my house again. I withheld a small amount of payment to have my carpets cleaned, but they ended up ruined from the stains the plumbers left from welding pipes.

Hicks Plumbing was the only one responded right away. I would definitely hire them again. They were on-time and very knowledgeable of the plumbing problem. Thanks!! they saved me from a lot of headache.

I had to have a different plumber come out to fix the problems these guys caused. I have heard all kind of excuses on why they couldn't come back to do the job right. I have not heard anything back fom and have gotten no reimbursement.

I submitted my online request on Friday night, and Hicks Plumbing had someone at the house Saturday. He repaired a leaking valve behind the toilet efficiently and for a reasonable price. In addition, he looked at the basement drain that had previously been clogged. He indicated it was okay now and didn't charge me anything for looking at it.

The representative from Tony's plumbing was very nice. He did his best to fix the toilet before concluding that it needed to be replaced. He even fixed a clog in my sink that I didn't realize was clogged.
