We had all the trees on our acre lot trimmed and maintained. Adam and his crew were top notch. Professional, friendly, accommodating, informative, and they did an amazing job as well as amazing cleanup. Everything looks fantastic and we couldnâ t be happier. Highly recommended, and I wonâ t hesitate to hire Hidden Oak Tree Care again the next time we need our trees touched up.

Hidden Oak Tree Care was, by far, the best company I have worked with for trimming and removal. They were very professional and helpful. I appreciated their expertise and advice, clearly driven by a desire to protect the trees. They provided excellent service and great clean up.

Anthony Naranjo's crew was on time, and worked hard on a project that included the removal of one huge cottonwood tree, removal of one large pine tree, and "deadwooding" two large pine trees. Also, a huge stump grinding job, and cleanup. They were through with that entire job by 3 p.m! I was completely impressed. Also, the price was very competitive.

Hidden Oak Tree Care sent a guy out to look at our dying trees. He was prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about trees. He clearly had a high level of expertise. He exactly diagnosed the problem with our trees and knew what had to be done for their care. We have been entirely satisfied with the work of Hidden Oak Tree Care; they exceeded expectations!

Arrived on time, let me know what to expect. worked fast and clean. Yard looks great and the price was about what I paid a service 2 years ago that did a poor job, Adam and partner did a great job. good service, good result and a good price

The other reviews were so great. I cannot imagine how it went so downhill for us. Initial estimate - great. Alex showed up. He told us to call when the blooms came out and they would start the first treatment at that time. I did exactly that. I got an appointment but they never showed up. I called and emailed with no response. several days later I emailed to cancel the service as I understood the first treatment to be time-sensitive. I got a response to that message. Alex came shortly after and sprayed at no charge. SUPER nice customer service there. But then no other communication. The agreement was to spray monthly. So a month went by. I called. I emailed. They finally responded with an appointment date that was 2 months from the first spray. I returned the message asking why not monthly. Never heard back. That second appointment date came (June 22 at 8:00 am) and, again, no one showed up. I called. I emailed. Very late in the afternoon, I heard from the office. Alex would be here in 30 min. No call. No text. No email. No one ever came. That evening I finally sent a message that we would just forget this summer treatment. I assumed they were busy and maybe we would try next summer. No cherries but not a big problem in the scheme of things. Absolutely no one has responded. No one has bothered to apologize or explain what happened or instill any sort of confidence that I would ever use this company or recommend them. There might be an explanation but I am left to assume this is a horribly unprofessional company with not very responsible employees. I WISH I knew otherwise.
