Everything was going well until they left the last day without notice or a walk through and simply texted me a bill almost twice the amount we agreed. Was like he became a totally different person, respect and courtesy was now out the window. Did not fully complete the work quoted with no prior notification that he was not a certified electrician therefore could not move my light fixtures but got paid as originally quoted and asking for more. Did not even stay to do a walk through nor ask if I was satisfied, but steady asking for more money for doing 2 of 3 projects which he assessed before quoting me in the first place. Also charged me for equipment to my surprise. Bad practice, poor customer service, really ruined what was to be a 5* experience for me in the end. Even after he gave me his word. Otherwise communicated well and explained details all until last day, worked neatly. Not quite satisfied with the finishing but again, he was not there to walk through the so called finished job.

This guy came after 6 and kept his word! Really great guy! Will hire again.

I hired Higgins Handyman service for my gutter cleaning and they also did the repairs of gutter they found needing them and we had them put in a hose bib as well because we loved their speed, care, attention to detail, as well as their can do attitude and overall quality and great customer service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a handyman. I will definitely use them again!
