Very easy to communicate with and make arrangements for doing the work and making the payment. Cody was able to elevate the heater in order to facilitate a drainage issue we had. I was disappointed that he was unable to dispose of the old heater.

Cody from Higgins Plumbing had quoted me $1500 to install a 50-gallon water heater and it would be $100to $200 more for a nine-year warranty so that would make a total 1700 we were charged $2000 He used old parts two metal exhaust rusted elbow joints that we already had on our 15-year-old water heater. He did not send an invoice until I contacted him. Then he made up prices to cover for overcharging us The prices are very easy to find at Home Depot, where he purchased our items. He would not accept credit cards and wanted to check He was at my house total of 40 to 60 minutes and would NOT recommend it! this company. Left All of his trash and the water heater and box so that my husband had to load them on his own truck by himself and take it to the dump. Customer beware!!

Had a emergency come up and needed a plumber quickly. We were referred to Higgins Plumbing and Cody was able to come out and get the issue fixed on very short nice. Great to know I have another reliable and honest plumber to count on when needed. Thanks Cody for getting us taken care of today!
