High 5 was fantastic. I appreciated that they were proactive and thorough with communication. They did great work for a reasonable price. They were honest and up front, and I felt taken care of. Their work was quick and clean. I will definitely use them again.

I hired High Five Plumbing repair a sink faucet, the length of time that they were here they charged me a $700 fee, they were only here for 3 hours which only included an hour of actually working on the sink, I feel was really over charged since no new parts were installed

The reason we make sure the customers agree upon the price before work is performed is to make sure there are no issues with the price at completion of the job. We not only repaired a sink faucet, but we installed two new emergency shut of valves as well. Both valves coming with a two-year warranty. Water Heater Installation and Replacement
We contracted with High Five Plumbing to purchase and install a 40 gallon water heater to replace a 21-year-old unit. Our experience with the company was terrific. Members of the office staff were cordial, helpful, and professional, providing options and information, following-up on appointments, etc. Caleb, who installed the water heater, is a real pro and a good guy who answered all our questions and provided a thorough explanation of the various services offered by High Five. The sinks that they replace the plumbing on do not drain and the shower that they replaced the cartridge does not get hot anymore.

I don't really know how to rate the value for money on this job. High 5 wasn't the cheapest estimate I had, but I liked their reviews. What I do know is that High 5 performed exactly as they advertised. The office sent me a picture of the technician (ST) and confirmed the appointment. I was informed when the technician was on his way. ST arrived at the early end of the window, was polite and pleasant. He answered all my questions and, when space permitted, allowed me to watch and explained as he went. ST knew his work and did it! The work was completed for the pric and in the time the technician quoted. He was respectful of my home and careful in his work. He cleaned up after himself and hauled away the debris. ST gets an A+ from me and HIgh 5 Plumbing is at the top of my list! I have already recommended their services to a friend!
