although not unexpected, got a sales pitch for a new hot water heater from the beginning. had I not done my research before hand I would likely have gotten a second opinion.. which likely would have cost me more money

Mike was professional and went over all points of the job. He didn't pressure me and he allowed me to take my time with my decision to go ahead with the job. I would recommend hiring High 5 Plumbing.

They were on time and cleaned up after the job was done.i gave a good review of this company, but beware. They had an advertisement on KOA radio that they would give $100.00 off on a $400.00 job. Long story short, I had to mention the ad at time of estimate I guess. Was told didnât qualify for discount even tho bill was over $1000. Very deceptive practice for a company. Wonder how many other customers they have done this too in the month of October!

They fixed what I needed and quickly. Not a fan of the tiered pricing structure and the "membership" they try to sell though. Other then that I was pleased with the work and the quality of it.
