Ryan contacted right away, explained the process and cost, answered all my questions. He had availability right away!! He did an awesome job and was very knowledgeable on sight with more questions that I had. I will definitely use them again.

Initially was hired to do yard work for a year and we now are having issues with a sprinkler repair they've done.This company was hired to do a sprinkler repair cause flooding in my basement. The owner admitted fault and assure me that the repair was done correctly the 2nd time. My basement flooded again and now the owner is saying that its not his responsibility and it appears that the company may not have damage insurance.

I worked directly with Ryan, the owner of the company and after a small scheduling issue, he did the fall landscaping cleanup at our house himself. He was clear in what he charged and completed the discussed work quickly and as described.

Quick response.Advised what I would like to have done, advised them. Asked for my budget and advised them. Would be hear about 9:00 am, showed up at 10:15 and started work. Heard several times we will get as much done as your budget permits. Several small stumps near sidewalk had to be cut to ground level--public due to safety issue, sidewalk is used a lot. A little argumentative. Then I prioritized what was needed to be done in its order. His co-worker, I think Robert, was very very nice. Some of the items that I thought would get done, did not. I got reprimanded for having dog poop in my yard, I have two dogs, it was the second day I did have a chance to pick up. But, Ryan mower the yard anyway. I needed to have a few things thrown away and it was ok'd by Ryan, he had a dumpster, and they were not removed. The work that was done looks very neat and clean like I wanted it too. It looks good.

Contacted us promptly and the work was completed quickly. Personable, prompt, knowledgeable about plant options suitable to climate, timely. Replaced 3 dead trees with well matched choices. Nice crew. Beautiful landscaping design work. We are very happy with the results! Cost estimate was a little high, but the quality of plants and overall results were much better than what we've experienced in the past and the estimate closely matched the final cost, so no surprise there. We highly recommend this company.
