Quick scheduling but they did try and reschedule which was not going to work for me so they came at the original time that they scheduled. However, they never asked me what kind of dryer I owned that needed repair. Can?t find the name of the technician but when he showed up, he was obviously not in a good mood or very friendly. He told me it would cost $200 to open up my dryer and find out what was going on with it so of course I said yes he was in there for maybe 10 minutes called me in to look at the coins he got from the dryer, My dryer was 10 years old so of course there?s going to be stuff on the bottom. He claimed this was what was causing the drum to be off track. The dryer worked for about a month and a half and then started making the same noise again. When I called them back, because they claim to have a 90 day warranty on their work, they said that they fixed the problem and if they had to come back out again, it would be an additional service charge. That is not warranty.

I had the warming drawer on my Bosch range acting up and it would not stay closed. I hadn't had to call for an appliance repair for a while. So after doing some research and reading reviews I called High City Appliance. The technician (Russell) was efficient and great to deal with. He knows his stuff, ordered parts, and fixed the drawer. I now have a warming drawer that stays closed! I wouldn't hesitate to hire High City again for a repair.
