Paid upfront for materials and Shaun became unreachable. Tried texting, calling and email. I will be pursuing legal actions if something does not happen soon.

Shaun went above and beyond to facilitate receiving shipped items and to even return some unused items for me. Excellent contractor I intend to use in the future.

Shaun was on time to replace some window mechanics. He was quick and friendly. He looked at some some exterior door issues and an interior replacement for me while he was there. I would definitely use High Country Windows and Doors again.
