Yes!!!! Great help!! Wonderful technician, helpful, fixed everything, did not make me feel stupid, spoke English, explained clearly, THIS IS THE 1ST GOOD EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH HOME ADVISOR.. OTHER SITUATIONS WERE NEVER FINISHED, PERSON COULD NOT SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH, ETC. ETC.

Not fixed
Unfortunately this elderly couple thought that we were AT*T. I spent over two hours trying to resolve the problem they were having with their cable box, but the box was bad. I did manage to get AT*T on the phone, which took over an hour, troubleshoot it, and schedule them a service call to have their box replaced. When I asked them to pay us for one hour, they did not understand why they should have to pay. Again, I was there over two hours, and did everything I could to help them. I told them upfront that there would be a service fee, and they did pay me, but apparently they expected more.

Brent and HDAV solved all of my home theater problems at a reasonable price and in short order. They fixed all the problems that DirecTV created
Brent was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He sized up the situation and got to work. The reason that all my reviews were not a 5 are twofold. I have an older out of production Logitech universal remote. He spent a fair amount of time trying to get it to work with all my PS3, but could not get it done. He said he could call Logitech customer support, but it might be easier if I did that after he left (a valuable suggestion - that is in his favor. Logitech was REALLY helpful, but it took about an hour for their tech to figure out the problem). Maybe I am nitpicking, but my other reason for some of the under 5 ratings was that his laptop ran out of battery and he had to go back to his office to get the charger. Seems that should be in his tool kit.
Brent is personable, professional and technical. In two hours he was able to trouble shoot and repair two separate home entertainment units. Based on his performance we are now considering to hire him to install a new sound system in our backyard. Outstanding work at reasonable rates. Thank you for making it painless.
