Very honest person. Came out to fix my dishwasher. he did a bunch of work and then refunded my money when he discovered it was going to cost more money to fix thant it would be to buy a new dishwasher.

First I hired that idiot at M4 appliance repair who tried to rip me off and was totally incompetent, and then I called A1 Appliance parts and asked them for a recommendation for a Monogram refrigerator repairman and they gave me Brettâ s number at High Desert Appliance Repair. Brett was awesome and so highly knowledgeable about refrigerators. He assessed the problem within 5 minutes and ordered the necessary parts and it was professionally fixed. The idiot Mike at M4 was at my house maybe 10 times and kept replacing parts and never fixed it.

They were on time, called ahead and fixed my issue I have a vintage oven that went out on Thanksgiving. The repair man came and tried one thing which didn't work. He ordered my part, came back and fixed it. He didn't charge me another service call fee. I am planning to use him for my washer. Very happy.
