Tech did what he thought might help BUT to no avail. Looks like the compressor is going bad?...He put a booster kit in ($260). Won't restart after running long enough to substantively reduce inside temp...Unit is 2014 install. Warranty?.

On Sunday morning at 1 AM, I realized my a/c was dying. Later in the morning I called-out to several companies on-line, but nobody responded to me until I got a call from Dave at High Efficiency, (a quick response at that). Dave got my refrigerant line repaired, evacuated and recharged at a price that was, at first, hard to swallow. Later that day, one of the other companies showed up at my door and I explained that the repair was already done. "Well, what was done and how much did H.E. charge you?" When I told him, he said for the same work, his bill would have been 50% HIGHER. I'm writing this one week after the repair and my system is performing very well.
