We had an emergency on our hands! I called several companies but this one was the only one that can come right over. They assessed the problem and made the situation safe and proceeded to install, in a very professional manner, a great system. I canâ t speak highly enough for David or Jordan. They were consummate professionals and their work has been exemplary! They really know their business and I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional, honest, and superior work. The quote was very reasonable, and they stayed within that quote. They are the best plumbers with whom I have ever worked!

They did a hot water heater and week later replaced a toilet, both were replaced the same day, on estimate, and are working perfectly. HEP is very reasonable, efficient, professional, and great to work with.

They arrived EARLY which for a contractor is stunning. When they were finished, you couldn't even tell they had been there, except for the fact they fixed my problem. So thankful Dave could come out on short notice due to a cancellation. He determined the cause of my hammering issue was the toilet and was able to install a new one the next morning. (I live in a tiny condo with 1 bathroom.) No problems since! Very courteous, professional, tidy and reasonable.

High Elevation outbid their competition and they were able to instal the water heater we wanted (a Bradford White) the day after our estimate appointment. We have a few more small plumbing jobs that need completion and we will use them for those as well.

Jordan was very helpful, fixed the primary problem, and gave me advice on several other potential plumbing problems and questions, at a very fair price. Good follow up by customer service advising when Jordan would arrive. Will call this company the next time I have a plumbing problem. WRTZ

We had a water heater emergency today, and these guys came out in less than an hour. Jordan was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We knew our water heater was on it s last leg so to speak, and Jordan and Dave were wonderful. They replaced the old water heater, installed the new one, ran some new connections and a new gas line and repositioned the new water heater to give us more space. Great customer service, fantastic work, efficient and clean. Would definitely recommend High Elevation Plumbing to everyone!
