Bob cleaned my house and damaged my vanity. I asked him before he came if he knew how to clean marble and granite. He assured me he did. He told me he used my cleaner. If he had, my vanity wouldn't be damaged as I've used that cleaner myself from day 1. Evidently he tried to cover up his error. He also tried to repair it, and couldn't. He said he would pay for the repair. I had it done and now he will only pay 1/3. BUT, that was several weeks ago, and I have not received a check. There was a discrepancy about whether it was marble or granite. Regardless, the fact remains he's not taking responsibility and lied from the beginning. BEWARE!

"We spent several hundred dollars in repairs on this surface, we questioned the builder and the owners they insisted that it was granite. A stone expert came in a verified that it was marble, 180 degree difference. We didn't lie. We made 3 separate visits to try to rectify."

I received a phone call from my realtor telling me that the cleaning company did not do a good job cleaning my home. Many areas of the carpet were not vacuumed, the bathroom mirrors are smudged, the toilets weren't cleaned and the stairs to the basement and the basement wasn't vacuumed. I paid $100, which I consider to be a lot of money, and trusted this person to clean my house after I moved and am highly disappointed in the end result. I expect the company to come back to my home and finish the job immediately.

"We returned and touched up the house. The toilets were cleaned originally but had rust around the rims of all toilets, this wasn't a cleaning issue. The realtor waived the final walk through that we provide before we leave a site - we could've pointed out that the basement was not part of the agreement and that the toilets were corroded, not dirty."

Service was amazing. Our wood floors looked like mirrors, the bathrooms sparkled. We are comfortable having them in the home when we aren't home which was important. They are always accommodating and very down to earth. I've referred them to family and work colleagues. A+ from us!

Robert cleaned our project by himself as his help was out ill. Robert did a great job with the windows floors, cabinets, rugs and walls. I would use Robert and his services in the future.
