Fast response time. Set good expectations. Showed up for the work when he said they would. Good quality of work. When he gave me the quote he said, "Half down now and half when you are happy". There were a couple clean up items from his crew that needed to be done and he had them cleaned up right away. So, he was true to his word. We didn't pay the second half until we were happy. And we were happy. Only reason I gave a 4.5 for the value of the money would be for the amount paid I would had preferred not to have the clean up issues.

I had an entire exterior re-stained including repair of some shakes and replacement of some insulation. They did a very neat job and were extremely collaborative. Very professional and NO SUPRISES! I will definitely hire them again!

I hired Matthew to paint the exterior, he told me the materials he recommended using, the job did get completed, the paint is bubbling chipping, cracked and split, you can see through 2 coats of paint, Matthew did not follow the guidelines of his contract, I tried to get him to complete the repairs and Matthew refused to complete the work, I have tried to get in touch with Matthew and so has the paint supplier to get this resolved and he will not get back to me

He kept in touch by phone to see if his arrival time fit my schedule. Also, his helper was a young woman which I always like to see.
