"We have yet to have a competitors price presented that we couldn't meet or beat. We do not charge mileage, travel, or trip fees and we only enforce a minimum of 1hr for our first visit. I do apologize for the delayed invoice - your work order was set aside for follow up and I did, mistakenly, leave it open longer than usual. Frequently when we come out and find a very simple correction for a problem, we will leave a work order open for a little while to be certain that the simple issue was the ONLY issue. Rather than needlessly replace probable-cause-parts, we prefer to follow up and take a second trip if necessary. We made several attempts to call and did finally close the work order after we didn't hear anything on the status of your fireplace. We hope that in the future you give us another try. If there are any issues, questions, or concerns in the future we'd love to hear from you directly so that we have an opportunity to remedy any situations that occur."
