I hired them because they were friendly and the only lawn service that would come toward the end of the week (which is ideal as we spend our time in the yard during the weekend). However, they mowed down half my poppy garden, and left chunks of wet grass clippings all over my yard, which I had to pick up myself so they wouldn't kill my grass. Overall, I'm not too pleased, but did call the company and voice my concern, so I'm hoping the quality of the work will improve. I am pleased that they don't mind me having a dog who goes in and out as she chooses.

Poor communication. Told me he would mail me the bill (not email); then did not send the bill; but would bother me for not paying the bill he never sent. Only resolved after I called him. He poked a hole in a corner siding; and will not return phone calls to repair it.

I ONLY HAD CONTACT WITH HIGH PLAINS OVER THE PHONE. THEY QUOTED A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THEY WERE ABLE TO MOW OUR YARD THE VERY NEXT DAY AND COMPLTELY EDGED OUR ENTIRE CORNER LOT TOO.

This company has done a beautiful job of my lawn and always leave it looking amazing. I had hail damage from recent storm. They came over and cleaned up the mess of leaves on my lawn and drive way. What a diffierence that made for me. They are wonderful.
