High Plains Pump Service, LLC

Jared and his team are kind, professional, and hardworking. They worked for hours in our dirty crawlspace to do a job right, as well as found an electrical issue with our well pump and remedied it quickly. We feel confident their work is quality and we’ll be good to go for the long run now. Pricing was reasonable, too.

High Plains Pump Service earned this five-star review. My well failed during the first cold snap, and the owner answered my call immediately. A tech was at my house within an hour, explained the failed start capacitor, and showed me the damage. The next morning—during our first 6” snowfall—a two-person crew arrived and worked for hours to pull and replace the pump. When the pump didn’t start, the tech tested the down-well wiring and found it was bad. He and the owner contacted me right away, owned the oversight, and offered to replace the wire at the owner’s cost. They returned the next morning, pulled the pump again, replaced about 150 feet of wire, and had water flowing within hours. Communication was excellent throughout, and they clearly put in extra effort to make things right. Mistakes happen, but these folks stood behind their work. I would absolutely call them again.

Highly recommend.

Amazing owner and team. Jared is professional, trustworthy and so great to work with.

Prompt, responsive and knowledgeable! They helped me out in a crunch when our pressure tank went out on the coldest day of the year. Really appreciate their communication and swift assistance!

Amazing

Took the time to explain what he was doing and why.

Amazing service. Jared was Super helpful and really nice. Got my work working working in minutes. After having another company previously came out and didnâ t fix the issue. I would highly recommend

Jarod is great to work with. I have used his service three times and would recommend him to anyone. He is honest and his prices are very fair. He does not just want to get the job done, he wants to get it done right and will take the time to make sure his fixes last.

Jerod showed up on the promised date and time, and he efficiently took care of the project. The price was also close to the verbal estimate that I agreed on. What I liked about Jerod was he brought his little girl as a helper. Jerod was teaching his daughter about the name of the parts and what those were for. I was super impressed about educating his daughter outside of the textbook as well as strong work ethics.

Jerod is freaking awesome. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Very knowledgeable, pin pointed the problem right away, wasted no time and was very friendly. His pricing was fair and I will be calling him with all of my well/pump issues.

Jerod Campbell from High Plains Pump Service Explained and showed me how everything operates. I feel he went above the typical service. My family will feel safe in our new home. Thank you so much. We would use and recommend you to everyone ð

Jerod was amazing and super personable! Time and price estimates accurate and affordable.

Very happy with the response time and the work.

Weâ ve used him for inspection, wellhead repair, to replace an existing hydrant, and to install two new ones on two different properties and I couldnâ t say enough good things! Heâ s the only guy for the job! Honest, fast, reliable, communicative, and so incredibly handy. A rare find in a contractor!

He was outstanding! It was incredible what he has done for us. I have already recommended him to everyone I know with a well. He is just so good at explaining what needs to be done. He is not just trying to sell you anything that does not to be done. Tons of integrity.

The very best to work with.
