Art is detail oriented, and very helpful with all design aspects. He will offer helpful suggestions on creating functional layouts, give you options to your concept, and insure that the final architectural drawings meet all engineering requirements. Our home burned down and Art Laureti was the architect and also the builder, who constructed a new home for our family. He designed a custom home of respite and peace that is stunningly beautiful and has supported our whole family in healing, feeling very secure in our new sanctuary. We give this very talented man our absolute highest recommendation We are so very satisfied and filled with gratitude for an exquisitely designed home built with fine craftsmanship.

We Hired Art to do a complete remodel of our home. We went from a rancher to a two story home. We did a complete gut and complete remodel. Art Laureti helped us with the design aspects and helped with all phases of the build. What he promised he delivered and more. His build and work was delivered on time and in a clean manner The aesthetics of the design were suggested by Art and they were absolutely beautiful. This build was done about twelve or so years ago but I still have strangers stopping by and commenting on the beauty of our home. He stands behind his work. I would highly recommend Art before and after pics are available.

Art Laureti set himself apart from all the other contractors. He listened to our needs and completed a drawing for our addition plus many suggestions. Gave us an honest quote and came in at the price we agreed on. Our house was built in 1802 so we were very nervous about adding an additional. It looks fantastic! His contractors were amazing. Art was there through the whole process and anything we needed or wanted he was there to answer questions or offer suggestions. I highly recommend getting a quote.
