John Gonzalous is a liar and a fraud. He tore my roof off eight weeks ago and I have under laymenà  à  à  à  à  à  à  à ¢à  à  à  à  à  à  à  à  à  à  à  à  à  à  à  à  s on it only. He is refusing to finish my job because he is losing money because of his screw ups. Beware of this guy he is a scammer. Can you imagine this guy installed 7 sono tubes for a. Deck and the all failed inspection. He hit my well lines and ruined my well pump. A real SCUMBAG.

I had ground water coming in my basement and didn't have a sump pump. After I posted a request on Home Advisor, John called immediately. Steve arrive about 1/2 hour later and quickly went to Home Depot to purchase a pump that would work in my basement. Since then John has been very helpful with advise and I am very impressed with the level of concern they showed.

Super fast response John called me within 5 minutes of my posted request on homeadvisor.com and Steve was at my door within a half hour. We had ground water coming in our basement and our sump couldn't keep up. Steve pumped the water out as much as possible and I upgraded our sump pump through Steve's recommendation without any charge at all. I'd recommend HPR&C to anyone that needs home help any day. Thanks guys

We had what we thought was water damage to our first floor and basement due to a washer overflowing for an unknown period of time. John came to our home quickly to assess the situation. He wasn't quick to tear open walls and create additional cost, which we were thankful for. He cut a small hole in only our garage and used gear to assess the moisture level in other places. We were fortunate to only need dehumidifiers and fans. We hope to never need these services again but if we do, we will be calling John. He and his team were friendly, polite, and helpful.

I can not say enough good things when it comes to John and his company. They are professional, honest and incredibly hard working. They're work is top notch. My house was severely damaged by water. John and his crew came in cleaned it up and put it back together better then what it was. His experience and know how will put your mind at ease. You do not have to worry about a thing. John will handle the situation from start to finish, including the insurance company. He is incredibly honest and has your best interest. I highly recommend High Power.
