I recently had the pleasure of working with Paul and wanted to share my experience. I am preparing my house to put on the market and needed a section of walkway replaced. I had reached out to two other contractors who said that even though the job was small they would still have to charge me $1500 to meet their minimum. I then spoke to Paul who came out and reviewed the work that needed to be performed. In addition to replacing a section of walkway another issue I had was major cracking. Paul was able to identify the cause of the cracking and offered me several options to remediate the problem. In the end I was offered a price for both jobs that was still several hundred less than the quotes from the first two contractors. . I went with Paulâ s company to perform the work and the final result is an excellent job. I would not hesitate to use this company again. I found Paul to be personable, knowledgeable and fair.

Hiring this company is by far the worst decision we've made. I do not believe Paul actually has adequate experience or knowledge. We hired him to pour a concrete patio. He delivered that but it grades toward the house, not away, it is not level in several areas where water pools, the forms were not dug to or into the ground so the patio itself is 3-5" off the ground, it is not level anywhere, it is unfinished around the edges, looks terrible, not to mention the color is far from what we ordered. He rents and hires out the workers, concrete pump, concrete delivery and stands by to watch. The workers are hard working but not at all invested. They tamped the road base down for maybe 45-60 seconds before pouring the cement. Almost everything about this experience is terrible. To top this horrible experience off when initially hiring Paul I asked for images of his patio work and he provided random Google images of patios stating it was his work, which he later admitted was true, that he indeed lied. Upon asking Paul to rectify the negative grade of the patio he poured, he defends that this is normal (draining toward the house) and after several requests for him to leave the property we had to call the police.
